Purchasing
If you wish to purchase a subscription or a one-time payment plan on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your payment information (e.g., card or account details) and personal data. All purchases made on Skelementor are processed through Lemonsqueezy.
By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to the processing of your personal data by our service to deliver the product.
Services
As a subscriber to our service, you are entitled to receive assistance with your inquiries, offer feedback, and contact our team as needed. We will make every effort to respond promptly.
Account
Accounts are intended for use by a single user. If we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to terminate your account until the situation is clarified.
Payment Plans
Skelementor offers both subscription and one-time payment options:
- Subscription Plans: You can choose between monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscription payments can be made using a Credit Card. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to the subscription terms: the subscription will automatically renew every month or year, depending on the plan you choose, on the date you purchased the subscription. Canceling the subscription will cause your account to expire after your paid period ends. If we cannot debit your account to renew your subscription due to insufficient funds or a blocked credit card, your account will be expired immediately.
- One-Time Payment Plan: A one-time payment option is available for a lifetime access plan. This payment is a one-off charge, and once processed, grants you permanent access to Skelementor without the need for further payments.
Fair Usage Policy
You can use Skelementor components for unlimited projects, but to ensure fair usage, we have implemented a daily usage limit. You can copy a maximum of 100 components in a single day. Once this limit is reached, you will not be able to copy more components until the limit resets. This limit resets every day at 11:59 PM UTC+6. If you need to reset your limit immediately, you can contact our support channel with a valid reason, and we will assist you as needed.
Subscription Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you violate the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, must survive termination, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limitations, shall survive termination.
We are not responsible for any currency conversion operations that occur during your payment process that may cause any difference between the amount deducted from your account and the price on our website. We have no control over this process and cannot change the default currency.
Taxes
The cost of a Skelementor subscription or one-time payment does not include taxes (e.g., VAT). You are responsible for any other fees and taxes associated with your activities, regardless of your location.
Refunds Policy
If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@skelementor.com within 10 days, and we will issue a refund. The full refund amount may vary depending on Lemonsqueezy processing fees.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Skelementor. Skelementor has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Skelementor is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Modification
We reserve the right to change or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If a revision is a material change, we will try to provide at least 3 days' notice before any new terms go into effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by us.
Affiliate Program
By participating in our affiliate program, the affiliate agrees to be bound by our Terms as may be established by us from time to time. Skelementor prohibits affiliates from using company keywords and any other keywords the company may decide on in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertisements, including search engine advertising campaigns, and other similar platforms. Self-referral by earning a commission from the affiliate's own payments is also prohibited.
Additionally, affiliates are not allowed to use coupon deal websites to promote Skelementor. We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at our discretion at any time.
In the event that the affiliate is found to be in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to take the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate's participation in the affiliate program.
- Withholding of any unpaid affiliate commissions.
- Pursuit of legal action for non-compliance.
